Nurture Self-Compassion for Unpaid Carers (Community Session)
Letting go of harsh self-talk, building inner encouragement, and creating space for growth.
Description
We recognise that many unpaid carers already understand the importance of self-care and may know what helps them to feel well. However, the demands of caring for someone else can make it difficult to prioritise their own needs, leaving little time or energy to offer themselves the same care and compassion they so readily give to others.
This course is for unpaid carers, family members, friends and others who provide support to people they care about. If you're used to putting others first, we would like to offer a supportive space to extend that same kindness and compassion to you.
